INTRODUCTION
Isnt life a
drag when you carry too much weight around with you and feel unhealthy all the time?
I have spent
so long trying to keep the weight off that it has become second nature for me. Before putting anything into my mouth I study
containers and read ingredients etc looking for the hidden dangers or benefits the product holds.
I learned long
ago that the word diet started with the word Die that meant to end everything. Its a scary word. So diet left my vocabulary
for good.
I no longer
use that horrid word. EVER. Think about it.
Our brain is
so powerful that by feeling it is going to die from starvation, it wants nothing more than to start cramming food in as storage.
We have created
a battleground before we have even begun. Consciously we are going to starve ourselves and subconsciously we are going to
start storing food for energy. NO WAY it just cannot work. We have created the first inner conflict of anyone wanting to improve
their health and their appearance.
So forget dieting
and start focusing on good health, weight loss and better nutrition. You will look great in no time and be very healthy as
well.
So how do we
lose weight get healthy and stay looking great if we dont diet?
We use our
mind and our subconscious to do it for us. We let our inner self take over and do the work for us. That doesnt mean we dont
correct our eating and way of life. It simply means we learn how to control that inner self that always seams to let us down
when we most need it.
How do we do
that?
Your
mind is made up of the thoughts you think. These thoughts are like a suction pump. If you think positively about something,
it turns out to be as you thought. If you think negative thoughts, your suction pump sucks in that negativity
I will explain
it to you in the following chapters and give you the ways I have proved to work better than any fancy eating plans, potions
and pills.
Visualizing,
concentrating with, desire and faith, and repeating these thoughts often unleashes powerful energy, which is the key to your
control over your health problems.
This is not
easy to do and takes time to learn. It is not something that happens overnight. You will have to work at it bit by bit until
one day before you realise the change, it has happened.
When you become
conscious of your thoughts, choose the ones that are beneficial for you, and consciously utilize that power.
I will show
you how you too can be as fit as you can be, by doing things naturally.
I will give
you all the guidelines and facts to work with and you will benefit from knowing the right way to become healthy, at last.
You will come
to realize that your body is a machine. It needs to be maintained and cleaned regularly and kept running just as you would
your car using only the best quality products available and cleaning it regularly and thoroughly.
Everything
I am going to show you has been tried, tested and worked for me
and many other
people who have lived long healthy lives.
I spent many
years in front of T.V. cameras so believe me when I say I know the pain of trying to lose weight and keeping it off. Every
bit of weight over looked like ten pounds and I couldnt afford to gain even an ounce.
I constantly
had to watch everything I put in my mouth and that became second nature to me after a while.
Let me tell
you, I know how destructive the wrong approach can be. I know what panic attacks can do to you when you dont know what they
are or how to control them. Panic and the effects of food allergies played havoc with my life for many years, until I learned
what was happening to me and why.
When the weight
first crept on I was around 35 years old. I was shocked. I looked in the mirror and couldnt believe what had happened. It
felt like only a couple of days before that I had done a legs commercial for Television.
Even with my fifth child I didnt get into preggy gear until the last month. So
how could I have gained so much so quickly? I hated my reflection in the mirror and yelled to myself. I said "I cannot stand
this weight, Its coming off now RIGHT NOW"
Then I walked
out of the room and had my first panic attack at the thought of losing the jobs I loved as a model, actress and TV presenter.
It was so frightening.
I lay curled up in pain burping and breaking wind at an embarrassing rate. I was scared I was going to end up a fat frump
and I conditioned my mind right there and then that I was not going to be anything of the sort. Somehow my mind got the message
because I just started to lose the weight without really doing anything.
Yes, The weight started to come
off again.
I didnt do it by becoming anorexic or bulimic. I did it by understanding my body and
knowing what I could do to become really healthy. I did it by eating correctly and enjoying my food. I did it because it was
what I really wanted to do. I had made up my mind about it in a positive way.
I found out
that if I ate the wrong foods which I did now and again I often ended up with a panic attack which really frightened me until
I learned what to do to stop them. I began realizing that if I ate certain foods, I began to get dizzy, then scared of the
dizzy sensation, which caused the panic.
I started to
learn more about my body and what it needed as against what my taste buds were trying to fool me into liking.
This has been
my lesson and because it is a subject so dear to my heart, I want to share it with you in the hope that you will benefit from
my experiences.
I have gone
on to become a Counselor for Panic Disorder and helped a number of people back to good health.
This book is my next step in reaching people I cannot meet face to face.
You may be
wondering why I would consider Panic disorder along with a healthy body as working together in one book. Well its because
the two do go hand in glove. So much of the subject overflows.
Any form of
panic or conflict or distress or life problem can manifest itself in panic and emotional conflict.
There are literally
hundreds of people both men and women who suffer from panic which stemmed from an overweight problem. You may just be one
of them, in need of advice. You may have avoided going for help in the fear that you would be told you were going crazy or
needed medication.
Well its time
to forget about all the negative emotions and take your first real positive step to success not only in your health but in
your life.
My advice to
you is try my methods first then see how you feel.
I know you
will be very surprised at how easy it really is.
